Many of our owners have their own cars which they use when they visit their villas in Spain. However, it is vitally important that they are maintained, especially as the vehicles are not being used on a regular basis. Our annual management fee for Individual Villa owners includes the following services:

Taking the car for MOT testing (excludes MOT Duty)
Monthly start up of engine
Valeted inside and out once a year
Administration of Road Tax and Insurance
